Why Mirror Full? Mirror Full coaching is grounded in telling yourself the whole truth when you look in the mirror. Coming clean with your doubts, frustrations, tension, and the pull towards something more. When you stop editing yourself, you stop wasting cycles and can shift to the real work of getting unstuck. Say what you really mean. Get out of your own way and get going. And yes, it’s also the name of a song that James loves. Not perfect - mirror full.
James Domenick launched Mirror Full in 2025 to help growth-oriented individuals navigate their career, workplace, and developmental challenges. He is certified by the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program offered through Rutgers University / Heidrick & Struggles. In his coaching engagements, he leverages a range of classic coaching techniques including values assessments, 360 feedback, goal mapping, role play, and shifting perspectives. Clients appreciate James’ coaching style, praising him for being direct, curious, relatable, offbeat, and caring deeply about others’ success.
In his own words… “I’m not your typical coach - and that's kind of the point. A close friend once described me as someone who challenges directly, cares deeply, and has an offbeat sense of humor. Authenticity and transparency may well be my two most closely held values, which guide my approach to both coaching and life. Sure, this gets me into a little trouble now and then but to a true GenX child of the 90s - anything less is selling out. I have a lot of hobbies outside of coaching including writing/playing music, guitar, singing, cycling, running, backpacking, motorcycles, cooking, reading, and my four cats. I used to worry that having this many hobbies is a recipe for not mastering any of them. Not anymore. If nothing else they feed my capacity to relate to a wide variety of people. I’ve overcome my share of struggles and am eager to help others with theirs. If this makes you curious, I’d love to meet you.”

James has led global teams in sales, services, partnerships and operations for 25+ years in industries including digital media, SaaS, talent acquisition, learning & development, product management and marketing. He has navigated numerous high growth and restructuring phases at leading technology companies such as LinkedIn, Microsoft, Amazon, and Intuit. James is known as a seasoned hiring manager with a keen eye for recruiting and developing top talent to exceed annual goals. His proudest accomplishments are developing emerging leaders and helping his people overcome complex challenges that span their professional and personal lives.
